Eat a variety of foods. 2. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables. 3. Choose whole grains over refined grains. 4. Limit your intake of processed and sugary foods. 5. Eat lean proteins such as fish, poultry, beans, and nuts. 6. Drink plenty of water. 7. Limit your intake of saturated and trans fats. 8. Avoid eating late at night. 9. Eat breakfast every day. 10. Control your portion sizes.

Zucchini Noodles with Avocado Pesto

Ingredients-:

1 packet of zucchini noodles.
1 ripe avocado – 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves.     
2 cloves garlic, minced – 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice – Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the avocado, basil, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Process until smooth. 2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini noodles and avocado pesto. Toss to combine.
 3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Quinoa noodles and roasted vegetables.

This dish is a great way to enjoy quinoa noodles and roasted vegetables. Ingredients:
1 package of quinoa noodles
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 zucchini, cut into strips
1 red onion, cut into strips
tablespoon olive oil                                               
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine. 3. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and lightly browned. 4. Meanwhile, cook the quinoa noodles according to package instructions. 5. Once the vegetables are done, combine them with the cooked quinoa noodles in a large bowl. 6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss to combine. 7. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Roasted Brussels sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:-2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey

Method: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. 3. Roast in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and golden brown. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey. 5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over roasted brussel sprouts and toss to coat. 6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
